Shipping Policy

If you have purchased an item and the item breaks, don't throw it away! We maintain an inventory of materials/stones and many times we will be able to replace broken pieces for you, and in some cases FREE of charge!

You are responsible for shipping costs when sending us your repairs. Don't worry, you don't need to spend a lot to ship! Simply place your jewelry in a baggy, inside of a simple bubble mailer and send it to the following address: (please contact us before shipping)

We can't guarantee we are able to repair all our jewelry. We do occasionally run out of materials, so please be sure to contact us before shipping your items off. If we have run out of a certain stone, many times we are happy to work with you and show you some alternatives. We strive to be as flexible as possible and want to make you happy and confident with your purchase. Communication is key, we are here for you!
